Jan Svoboda

Experienced venture capital investor who has been in the industry for more than 15 years. He specializes in strategic management and acquisitions, his passion is modern technology. He founded Vertex Fund and was previously a member of the Supervisory Board of AVANT Investment Company, a.s., the largest domestic manager of qualified investor funds. He also has valuable know-how in marketing and communication. Before fully immersing himself in the world of investment, he worked as Marketing Director of TV Prima and later as Sales and Marketing Director of Czech Television.

Dušan Moskaliev

Dušan Moskaliev

Expert recognized by the Czech National Bank to perform functions in financial institutions. He has been in banking and corporate financial management for over 20 years. He obtained a brokerage license for securities trades as early as 1995. In the past he worked for Vereinsbank, Deutsche Bank and in leading positions in Czech and Slovak companies of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich group or on the board of a savings cooperative. He is also a founding partner of the real estate fund group ZDR Investments and the first investment fund in veterinary care in the Czech Republic First Veterinary Fund Central Europe SICAV a.s.
