Jan Svoboda

An experienced venture capital investor who has been in the industry for more than 15 years. He specializes in strategic management and acquisitions, and his passion is modern technology. He founded Vertex Fund and in the past was a member of the supervisory board of AVANT investment company, as, the largest domestic manager of funds for qualified investors. He also has valuable know-how in the field of marketing and communication. Before fully immersing himself in the world of investments, he worked in the position of marketing director of TV Prima and later as sales and marketing director of Czech Television.

Dušan Moskaliev

An expert recognized by the Czech National Bank to perform functions at financial institutions. He has been in banking and financial management of companies for over 20 years. He obtained his broker's license for securities trading in 1995. In the past, he worked for Vereinsbank, Deutsche Bank and in leading positions in the Czech and Slovak companies of the Raiffeisenlandesbank Oberösterreich group or on the board of directors of a savings association.
